A must have reference book for M&E professional and those involved with M&E

This book is a very useful reference source for those who are implementing Monitoring & Evaluation on a development project or program or who are preparing or implementing a program which will be monitored and then evaluated during the life of the program. It provides step by step guidance on what an M&E framework will include, how to collect and analyse data and then how to report on the results.
I've used the book for my work in international development projects run by development assistance agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, but it is equally as applicable for domestic programs in more developed countries, where ongoing funding is dependent on the results of monitoring of outputs and outcomes.
This is a seriously well researched and thought through guide to what Monitoring and Evaluation is and how to do it.
